We are located in Malaysia and ship worldwide. The shipping cost is calculated based on your order weight and destination. Please see below for details.
To which countries do you ship? – We ship to any country in the world.
How much is shipping to my country? – The shipping cost depends on the weight of the items you purchase, heavier items will cost a bit more to ship. We follow the fees set by the Malaysian Postal Service. We ship at cost and impose no handling fee. The shipping cost is also dependent on the country you live in, for example shipping to ASEAN countries is cheaper than shipping to i.e. the USA or Europe. You can see the actual shipping charges in your shopping cart after you have added your items to the cart. At the lower part of the shopping cart is a shipping calculator, just enter your country and the shipping cost will be calculated immediately.
What carrier to you use for international shipping? – We use registered Pos Malaysia Flexipack International or Pos Malaysia registered Air Parcel for all items.
How long will it take for my order to arrive? – Your shipment will take 6-11 days to reach you. If you live in a very remote destination it may take a bit longer, depending on your local postal service.
How about taxes and import duties in my country? – Your local customs department may, at their own discretion, charge you import duty, GST/VAT and any other fees. These costs are NOT included in the purchase price and shipping costs, you will need to pay those – if needed – directly to the delivery person.
Can I track the progress of my shipment? – Yes! Once your order has been shipped we will email you an International tracking number. IMPORTANT: please check your spam folder if you do not see our shipping confirmation email in your email inbox. You can then track the progress of your order online via the our ‘Track my Order‘ Page. You will need your order number and the email you used during checkout.
I received a wrong item / I received a damaged item / there are missing items – what should I do? – In case the package is damaged do not accept the delivery and ask the postman to send it back (we pay for it). If you have already signed for it please take a couple of pictures of the damaged item(s) and email them, together with your order number, to support @ purelyhahal.com.
